After years of observing our customers spend fortunes on their IT departments and experiencing first hand the pain and never-ending frustration of dealing with computers in our private and professional lives, we decided to offer the world a better way.
Our goal is to make computers as easy and inexpensive to manage as television sets. Why should we spend days trying to rebuild a computer that crashed? Why is our valuable data so vulnerable to viruses, trojans, and system failures? Why are only a selected few able to afford systems that Just Work?
As long time members of the Open Source community, and strong believers in the promise it holds for customers, businesses, and developers alike, we believe the best way to reach our goals is to build on the amazing success enjoyed by Linux.
